August 2022 - November 2023 – JAKKS PACIFIC Inc. - Lead Application Developer/ Programmer

As the Lead Application Developer, created an Intranet PHP web application for internal use. This full-stack CRUD application was developed using Laravel as a backend framework and the Angular framework on the frontend. The application allowed JAKKS employees to schedule their vacations, report flight expenses, create tickets for their support team, and display product information such as price, quantity, vendors, and suppliers from the JD Edwards database. The tool also utilized product creation, product PDFs, product prices, shipping approval methods, and enabled employees to process data on the cloud.

Created new components and utilized MUI Material Design, React Components, Bootstrap, GridView, and Listview classes on the frontend and configured Swagger and REST API endpoints in backend.

In addition, created Adobe XD user interfaces by working one-on-one with the business manager. Also worked with a designer, project manager, and two programmers while leading the team. To ensure seamless operation of the application, I created and maintained the Ubuntu server hosting it.

February 2022 – August 2022 - WedFun – Flutter Developer

WedFun is a wedding planning application with streaming videos and wedding apparel stores. The app lets users to plan their wedding with preassigned checklist items and create events for the wedding. Users can create shopping lists, gift registries, RSVPs for wedding guests and plan a budget for the entire wedding. There is also a Tv section you can post and watch videos. The store is a marketplace for many vendors.

Worked as a senior application developer and lead a team of 25+ people. The team included developers, designers, content, project, business and product managers.

WedFun is developed with Net Core framework/C# in back end Google Flutter in front end.

Utilized Azure Cloud Servers, maintained and developed, C# code, configured Swagger in backend and Created Flutter app using Google Flutter UI software development kit in front end. The WedFun app is currently available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

May 2019 – February 2022 QUIKBOOZE Inc – Ionic Developer

QUIKBOOZE is an instant online alcohol delivery hybrid app based in Southern California. This hybrid application delivers alcohol on demand from over 45 shops within 280 miles of Greater Los Angeles area. The application is designed with Ionic/Cordova framework using Angular.

This Wordpress and Woocommerce WP/WC REST Api based hybrid application has over 6000 products shared to unique shops with vendor logic for easy shop creation.

Vendors can upload/modify their own products, view analytical data of sales reports, accept or deny sales depending on current product availability. User's GPS coordinates is captured and closest shop products are displayed in the app depending on current location calculated by Haversine formula. Checkout process is done with Stripe Api, vendor push notifications is processed with OneSignal Api and Postmates Api is used for instant delivery in 30 minutes.

Bitbucket is the repository system and Ionic App-flow keeps the devices updated when the new build is created. Custom Wordpress plugins written in php such as location based shop search, store locations, Wordpress login, checkout process and past orders.

Created entire logic and application from scratch using the technologies mentioned earlier. Designed the user friendly interfaces and shopping experience. Modified WP/WC plugins and created additional plugins, hooks, rest api end points.

January 2016 – May 2019 – Clinica Medica General – Full-stack Developer

Involved in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of the applications such as requirement gathering, analysis, designing, testing, code development and implementation of systems.

Created multi-page and single-page internal web applications using Angular.js, Node.js, socket.io, Backbone.js, require.js, express, grunt, sass, knockout, HTML/HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JSON, Ext.js, jQuery and jQuery UI frameworks, Mongo dB, data- baseless solutions. Modified and wrote new RESTFUL end points. Also used AJAX framework for asynchronous data transfers.

Worked as a Demandware developer and helped to launch their new responsive ecommerce web site. Worked with Eclipse, Jira, Assembla, Git repositories and used CSS Compass Framework. During this project created cartridges, new functions, customized isml scripts. Main tasks included email signup, registration process, product details pages, product category filter functions and checkout process. Also worked on improving the site navigation cross browser issues and created java script functions.

June 2014 - January 2015 - FuseTv - SITV, Inc. NUVOtv - Webmaster

Hired as a web developer to maintain and update the current NUVOtv corporate web site. Used OOP PHP, MySQL, CodeIgniter Framework, Json, Ajax, Angular js, Bootstrap, jQuery, less.css, Foundation, Mustache Template System, html5 coding languages.

The feed from the third party tool MPX Platform has information such as date, time, seasons, episode numbers, ratings, descriptions, titles, images, movies, chapters in either json or xml format. After filtering the code with the help of PHP the episode numbers and seasons of shows are displayed in the order on the web site. User can skip to any episode with in a custom built feed navigation.

Created feeds based on the players, based on the feeds using html5 and JS by manipulating the xml or json feeds with the help of Ajax on front-end and OOP PHP on server side. Developed MPX Platform players with PDK

Improved the code usability, speed and appearance. Repaired MPX feed errors and corrected java script functions for feeds. Added new JavaScript and reusable public functions. Optimized the feeds and the backend code for better streaming and performance.

Created responsive design micro sites, landing pages following the code, logic and design rules that previous developers created using the Foundation Framework and Mustache Template Systems.

NUVOtv Wordpress blog is using a custom template and third party plugins to match the current web site look and feel. Updated most of the plugins and customized the appearance, look and feel and optimized the site speed. Repaired errors occurred during the previous developments and matched the requirements of the article managers. Added social networking tools to blog section for sharing the specific dynamic image, page and description.

Google Analytics, Google AdManager/AdSense, Google Publisher Tags, DoubleClick, DFP implementation and maintenance was one of the responsibilities of this position. Helped project manager to analyze the current web site traffic. Updated the code with new versions of plugins, implemented a logic to dynamically pull the DFP depending on the page name, date and time. Created campaigns and tracked double click banners traffic.

Created newsletters from graphic designers PSD file using HTML code. Created new headers and footers to display the newsletters correctly in modern and outdated browsers, email clients such as Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail and web emails. In this assignment with Avon Headquarters worked closely with a technical manager, a web master and a SharePoint server administrator. Created and developed Global Communications SharePoint Work Space in MOSS environment. Created a master template and a site theme for Avon global intranet web site and utilized a custom CSS file.

Defined content types and column names in several site collections and associated page layouts with these content types. Created forms, documents and wiki libraries, lists, site definitions and customized views, defined new views in SharePoint designer for client usability. Created custom GUI and custom pages. Created an event planning application web site and added a workflow management system. Created a blog site added weekly announcements and configured discussion forms. Configured securities for group and added members to the groups with unique security levels.

Created an XSLT Sheet for Avon Foundation web site search page with XPath Functions and XPath References and tidied XML data with the help of XSLT Functions. Added functions to the current page written in C# and used XPath Queries for search functions. Improved search results and added a function to disregard the case sensibility in XML file.

Edited Avon Products global web site CSS file and repaired the compatibility errors for IE8. Managed internet and global intranet web sites with Interwoven Team Site content management tool. Resolved several html errors in Interwoven TeamSite page templates and rendered the pages correctly in cross browsers such as in IE7, IE8, Safari, Google Chromo, and Mozilla Firefox. Analyzed avoncompany.com public URL and insideavon.com intranet web site and repaired critical html errors.

Also configured a third party tool Zoom Search Engine for several internal sites. The native files have ASPX extension in Avon web site but the content is static and maintained with Interwoven. Zoom Search is currently used as a search engine for search functions in the major intranet site and in Avon Products global web site. Studied and utilized this third party tool and improved the search results by eliminating the repeated dynamic information at the bottom of the page. Tweaking the tool settings to cache the part of the body with the density of the keywords but showing more interest to the title and the web page file creation date also improved the search functions for more accurate and up to date results.

In This position worked with Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007, Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, Adobe Photoshop CS4 and used Interwoven Team Site then tested cross platform compatibility in IE7, IE8 and with latest versions of Safari, Mozilla Firefox Google Chrome.

2008 - 2009 Consolidated Edison of New York, Inc. - Web Developer/Application Interface Designer/SQL Programmer

In this position worked as a contractor with a team that included a project manager, architect and Business Analyst. Hired as a web developer to create and build a custom GUI for an application called Feeder Sign On.

This custom design intranet application eliminates the current manual phone call process and gives the ability to assign the repair work orders to the crews by the supervisors. The application processes data from the SQL 2005 and upon job completion it captures the data back in the SQL servers.

Designed the GUI with Adobe Design Premium CS3 tools such as Photoshop CS3, Illustrator CS3 and used Dreamweaver CS3 for creating HTML pages. Followed the company guidelines and created CSS Cascading Style Sheet for rendering the HTML page elements. Created Object Oriented Java Scripts to be used in the application and used JQUERY library to show the functionality in different business scenarios. Created asp net grid view and JQUERY accordion functions and displayed the dynamic data from SQL server

Worked on a separate project eTrac as a SQL programmer with a team included a project manager, information architect, software engineers, and quality assurance engineers.

eTrac is a work tracking system for Electric Operations, Energy Services and Construction Management. The front-end application was built using ASP 1.1 in 2001 and the database resides on a SQL 2000 Server. ETrac is a central repository for several intranet applications. It has 380 tables 755 stored procedures, 375 Data Transformation Services DTS Packages and many triggers attached to the tables.

Created SQL Scripts to create, alter tables and synchronized data between SQL tables and custom files for more accurate results. Created modified stored procedures. Worked on various DTS/SSIS packages consist of ActiveX Scripts and Tasks that executes the stored procedures. Recreated main DTS packages in Business Intelligence Studio, SSIS and matched the functionality in previous DTS packages.

Also in this position used SharePoint Designer to create and customize 6 WSS

SharePoint Intranet Sites with graphics and coding. Created WSS templates modified and created Web Parts for displaying data from SQL Server 2005.

2007 - 2008 August House – Primary Webmaster/ Web Developer/Graphic Designer

In this project used Dreamweaver CS3 to edit and add dynamic PHP pages and used Adobe Photoshop CS3 to create the site graphics. Maintained the web site and added the text content such as public releases, news and events. Added HTML pages, new templates and improved the web site structure.

August House is the award-winning multimedia publisher of children's stories, folktale anthologies and resource books. The web site is built with PHP and the ecommerce store dynamically drives books data such as prices, reviews, authors and events with Cold Fusion pages.

2007 - 2008 Metropolis Travel – Primary Webmaster/ Web Developer

Metropolis Travel has access to over ninety thousand hotels with information, graphics and room availability is checked instantly. SQL database is updated weekly with new hotel information using stored procedures. ASP.NET automatically creates session XML pages and drives the dynamic hotel availability and hotel data to users.

Used Visual Studio 2005, ASP.NET 2.0, XML, HTML and JavaScript to create the pages and the information reside in SQL Server. The site Metatags are unique to each hotel page and fully editable in management. Optimized the web site with keyword density tools for Search Engines and tested the web site with error reporting tools.

Added a payment summary tracking manager and automatically discounted the reoccurring customers. Created pages to display invoice summary reports for a specific date range sales history for weekly, monthly and yearly sales. Added inventory analysis to create a report showing the profitability of sales based on two item characteristics.

2006 - 2007 House of Oriental Rugs – Primary Webmaster/ Web Developer

The web site provides information of over 3500 carpets to 300 wholesalers. The site is password protected to public. Created a password protected web site to access the data in SQL Server 2005. Used SQL tables created with third party application RUG Industry software called Rug Manager Pro. Created and used SQL server stored procedures to accumulate the site data.

In this position used Asp.NET, HTML, and Java Scripting for creating the pages and Cascading Style Sheets to enhance the site for better look and feel. Created and optimized site images with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Fire Works.

The site strictly designed for wholesalers to obtain their historical data, account balances and analytical reports such as Inventory reports, Invoice reports and Sales History.

The password protected web site provides information about 3500 carpets. Twelve different categories of rugs can be searched with more than one property and criteria. The smart menu narrates the user to a custom search by size, design and type. All items in the inventory are displayed in a detailed page with carpet information such as image, text size height origin color, condition, type and design. A separate aspx page also provides admin with wholesale accounts, customer list with names, addresses, inventory list, vendor list, purchase orders, vendor information, pending sales reports, sales history, customer invoice summary reports, customer payment summary, customer transaction summary and history with pricing and totals. Transaction History, invoice summary, invoice detail, sales summary, Item analysis, balance reports, aging summary reports with the current balances are some other benefits of using this tool.

There are several capabilities of the tool including invoicing on the web, creating carpet appraisals, tag printing and prices to charge different customer types. Also an automated mailing list and print mailing labels, customer mail summary implemented to the tool.

Invoice reports, invoice summary report for a specific date range, payment reports, payment summary, inventory reports, inventory history, Inventory analysis to create a report showing the profitability of sales based on two item characteristics. Inventory Aging Report shows the aging of the inventory, by vendor. Analytical reports, vendor balance report shows the current balance for each vendor. Best sellers summary shows the gross profit by vendor and subcategorized by an item characteristic such as type, origin, design, category, etc.

All lists such as column names width within the tool are completely customizable for personal views. All the information entered in third party software RMP is pulled from SQL 2005 to site pages.

2006 - 2007 DFH Networks – Webmaster/ Web Developer

DFH is a U.S.A based broadcasting company that offers a subscription based service targeted to seventy thousand Turkish speaking households in North America and Canada.

In this position worked as a contractor and updated the web site daily. Maintained and developed the site for better look and feel by adding new images and text content. Used Adobe Photoshop to create new images and designed new HTML pages with Macromedia Dreamweaver.

2005 - 2006 VistaScape Automated Wide-Area Surveillance Security Systems - Primary Webmaster

Built, configured the web server and the backup machine. Installed and administered 2003 Server, IIS 6 and SQL Server 2005 then created dynamic management systems including Content Management, Role/User Management, File Management, Log Tracking and Analyzing Systems.

Created a password protected web site for the partner companies that allowed them to securely log on to web-based custom folders with the privileges assigned by the site administrators. Used HTML, JavaScript, and ASP to create the web pages then created over thirty five SQL Server tables to handle the data. The intelligent tool organized VistaScape documents and the data securely exposed over the Internet to partners.

Downloadable files with text information, file size indicator and saving files to hard drive rather then displaying in browsers are some of the advantages of this tool presented to partners within secure SSL pages and in categorized folders. The partner web site automated to hide empty and denied access folders and files for security purposes. The related data will be blocked for http access until the folders, files are granted for access again.

Developed a separate web based interface that allowed the site administrators to manage the site content easily. Built and integrated a User Role Management System to create user groups and to assign new users with grant or deny access to files and folders. Please note that the restrictions can be applied at any stage of administrating the web site such as at the time of uploading files or creating folders, groups and users. It is designed to create unlimited users, groups and unlimited level of folders. Also created and implemented a web based storage and File Management solution for intra- and internet, running on Microsoft IIS web servers. It offers functions such as upload, download, (WYSIWYG) editor, copy, move, send to, rename and file descriptions with searchable attributes. All the site activity such as downloaded times, Client IP, visit date logged in SQL database.

2003 - 2005 E.V.I. Executive Visions, Inc. – Primary Web Developer/Programmer

Utilized PHP to develop a dynamic data driven website, and then later ported the site to JavaScript, SQL Server, and ASP.

This website provides an online portfolio of over 130 projects completed by the client company Executive Visions, Inc. Each project in the portfolio can consist of images, streaming videos in various sizes and formats, and a text description of the project. Please Ensured that the site was cross browser compatible by making sure that it ran correctly on a variety of platforms, including PC and Mac using various browser versions and fixing compatibility issues as needed.

Also developed a separate web based Content Management administrative interface that allows a site administrator to add, edit, and remove site content, including metatags, images, streaming videos, page text and dynamic menus. The administrative interface includes a proprietary Image Library feature, which tracks all of the images on the site and where they’re used, as well as searchable attributes about each image, such as image title and who it was uploaded by. Used JavaScript, ASP, ADO, and SQL Server to access and manipulate site information, such as the locations of over 2600 site images.

Designed and developed a real-time website analytics system that provides end users with comprehensive website statistics reports on demand. Then configured a login and password protected site for the client to review their live (real-time) online statistics from a URL. Most popular web browsers can view the html-based generated reports over the Internet. Created and implemented tools for reporting the web data statistics periodically to the clients with an automated email. The reports are generated from server log files and then they are instantly processed to SQL database for faster reporting in the future. The tool can also be optionally configured to grab the User IP from visited pages instead of processing the logs. Then it will record the information to SQL Database. One of the other advantages of this tool is that the admin can select any previous date from the calendar and can view the archived information. This information such as who’s online, total visitors, page views by URL, page views by day, page views by hour, client IP’s, referrer pages, reverse DNS look up and visited robots helped the client to improve the search engine optimization. Ranked the EVI web site successfully and reached the target client.

This news portal and TV broadcasting web site is owned and operated by a Turkish television station here in the U.S. The web site provides TV schedules to 50 thousand Turkish families in U.S.A and in Canada. The web site also has a lot of useful information about the education in U.S.A. and timesaving links for people who are currently living abroad.

In this position, used Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Flash to enhance this site by creating and adding new page designs and templates. Created the current Graphical User Interface to improve the site look and feel and added user-friendly pages. Created thousands of banners and creative images including Flash movies and Animated GIF images and maintained the web site quality. Added HTML, DHTML, JavaScript and ASP code based upon requirements.

Worked on a separate password protected administrative interface for the site and used ASP, VB SCRIPT to add number of functions. Created and implemented a Content Management System to dynamically update the main site. Created and integrated web- compliant advertising, promotional collateral, banners for online use. Tracked, analyzed traffic results. Designed and implemented a separate page for tracking the statistics of the advertisements.

Created, added SEO tools to dynamically display the unique keywords and descriptions on the main site. Created and implemented email campaigns. Designed a fully customizable tool and sent the web page with CDONTS email gathering users information. Added a free web based email tool similar to hotmail and a password protected yellow pages for registered users. Used ASP and JavaScript to implement new features and fixed bugs in existing implementation of an ecommerce web site. New features included such as automatic generation of email messages to users and online survey functionality.

The Stirling Properties local intranet is password protected for private access by its real estate agents. It was designed to keep track of detailed property records, based on the information entered by the agents, utilizing VBScript and ASP technologies.

Redesigned the GUI for more user-friendly look and feel with Macromedia FireWorks and brought other flexible agent options. Implemented critical server side components such as uploading an image using ASP, as well as adding Visual Basic Script, for required fields. Implemented application functionality, such as the ability to search the database for any information entered by the user. Removed erroneously assigned data information and added new ASP pages to show the entire records after searching. Fixed several errors in the ASP code to improve the Access Database connections and successfully delivered all the work products on budget and on time.

Responsible for leading the transition between web design and software engineering; developing and coding web-based projects – optimizing graphics, and building navigational structure. Completed three projects successfully, Alfa Insurance, Government First, USF Foundation and helped site maintenance after building the sites.

In this position as GUI Developer, designed and developed pages using HTML and JavaScript.
